In performance, the Dell XPS 13 is fast in launching and web surfing. It loads and surfs through the web with no effort and has high resolution when watching YouTube videos. As gaming goes Ultrabook’s have never been a good suit.

This Dell XPS13 offers two identical models with the difference being the touch screen. The non-touch screen Dell XPS is a cheaper, has an extended battery life of up to 15 hours and the matted screen decreases glare. Also, it will not allow you to use centric touch Metro apps and the resolution (1920×1080 vs 3200×1800) is lower than the touch screen version. The ouch screen Dell XPS can perform with touch centric Metro apps and includes a much higher resolution than the non-touch screen version but it slightly more expensive. The touch screen Dell also has a glossy screen which leads to more glare and has 2 hours less battery life than its partner. Some of Dell XPS drawbacks include the glossy reflection it gives on the touch screen model and the low-cost price will increase if you decide to upgrade. Lacks integrated graphics which blocks you from playing 3D games

Overall Dell XPS 13 is a good device to purchase and seems to be preferred by any for its long battery life and its ability to extend longevity through its external battery. If you are looking to purchase an ultra-portable, long-lasting and great performance and includes a VGA port, HDMI port, and Ethernet port the Dell XPS 13 is a good choice to have in mind.
