Acer Aspire F5 -573T-545K Review

At one time Acer was known as the brand to avoid by consistently producing cheap but poorly designed laptops that always seemed to fail right after the warranty had expired, That has not been the case for some time now and can clearly be seen by checking out the all new Acer Aspire F5 -573T-545K. This model comes with some great design as well as some eye catching specifications that makes this Aspire a highly competitive option for those looking for a solid laptop that will last them for years. Below we will check out some of the benefits and downsides to see just how good or bad this latest model is.

Processor: Intel Core i5-7200U

Memory: 12 GB of RAM

Storage: 1 TB SATA

Screen: 15.6 Inch Touchscreen

OS: Windows 10

By packing plenty of performance into its flashy silver design the Acer Aspire F5-573T-545K is capable of handling demanding students or even business users that need a laptop that can handle the latest applications and heavy multi-tasking without slowing to a crawl. Acer has done this by including a powerful Intel Core i5 processor which is just one step below the top of the line i7 and by stuffing in more then average memory at 12 GB.

They haven’t forgot to cover users who demand plenty of storage space as well by including a very spacious 1 TB SATA hard drive which should easily cover just about anybodies needs.

It is hard to determine how much this belongs in the benefit section but while the 5 hours of battery life may not wow anybody when considering it is a full sized laptop and well below the $1000 range it doesn’t seem all that bad and actually superior then some other options in this same price range.

We tend to make a big deal out of this, maybe too often but for those that rely on physical media this is a big factor in their decision. The lack of an optical drive does make this a lighter and more mobile option but nothing worse then grabbing a disc shortly after purchasing this laptop only to find that you have no way of reading it.

The Acer Aspire F5-573T-545K comes very well equipped for the almost budget friendly price they are asking, It has all the must have features such as Touchscreen, Bluetooth and even USB 3.0 while still having above average performance to make sure it can handle whatever demands you plan on putting on it. We think this is an option that should be highly considered when making your next purchase.

    1. it has the integrated graphics card with the cpu. I believe the current gen is intel hd graphics 620. And what do you want to upgrade? Ram and hdd are easily accessible under a panel at the bottom.

  1. I have just purchased this and like it but I may return it if I can’t installive. A DVD optical drive. Is it possible on this unit?
