An automatic touchpad precision allows for smoother zooming and scrolling as well.

This Acer aspire lacks ineffective processing power, and has irremovable battery the screen often glares and caused eyes to sore. One of the major disadvantages about the ES is the integrated ports being placed in the back of the device. They might have thought it was a great idea but when you try to connect headphones or headsets it can be quite a hassle. You must lift the laptop or close it partially to plug them in which in some cases will cause the device to go into sleep mode and the viewing angles are very poor in a regularly lit room.

Overall the Acer Aspire ES 1 is not for everyone especially for those who like to multi-task. The Aspire E1 includes an M-DISC Ready Drive that will store and keep your files safe. It includes better than average applications which is a huge plus and will also upgrade will upgrade to Windows 10 for free. It has also proven to be very popular due to its pretty fairly price. This Acer ES also proves that you can get more than you stipulated for.

    1. hi Jenny,
This version does come with a DVD/CD drive. But before you purchase make sure you check the spec on the one you have chosen as some times the model can vary from seller to seller. If you still have concerns then just contact the seller and ask them.

      Hope this helps
